A Wellness Partner Can Change Your World
“Wellness” can have many meanings, but for my coaching it touches on more than one type: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. As a thriving working actor (and advisor to other actors via my book) the emphasis is on applying smarts and skills gleaned “off-stage” to the many machinations required to succeed in front of audiences and cameras.

Wellness begins with a 360-degree health assessment of all body systems: hormones, immunity, digestion, detoxification, energy production, nervous system and oxidative stress. Then I analyze & synthesize all this data for a customized wellness plan unique to you. We’ll cover diet, sleep, exercise & recovery, stress management and supplementation based on your unique lab results. We can balance your systems, giving your body the energy and vital it needs. We can find the diet that is right for you, not based on trends and fads, but what your body really needs.

Embracing a solid course for a coaching relationship starts with my 20-minute Discovery Call where I assess your health and wellness history and we define what could be. From there it’s a series of discussions, tasks, short- and long-term goals and the milestones we’ll be reaching to get you performing, feeling and being your best. Regardless of the tools we apply to your plan, the process is all about open communication and what you can become.
