What is “thriving?” How about the unbridled joy you feel when you’re moving better, breathing more freely, thinking clearly and sleeping like a champ? You don’t have to check all those boxes simultaneously to thrive but with each gain comes confidence, an easier smile and the knowledge you’re progressing toward a new (or renewed) you.
If that sounds like where you would like to be, the process is actually simple:
First you have to decide you want some change or recovery in your life
Next you have to click a link or button here to book a 20-minute Discovery Call where we’ll review your wants, needs, status and desired outcome
Then we get started with a series of Zoom/Phone Calls and review plans that will help map out your next steps (workouts, tests, eating, meditation, gear) and early expectations/milestones
From there it’s about steering your progress via mentoring and accountability sessions. It’s all trackable so we don’t have to guess … we’ll know.
As you begin to feel your “thrive,” we’ll explore additions/changes to the plan and either set you free to pursue this new mojo on your own, or discuss “rinse and repeat” or new goals on your horizon. It is really that simple, and you will LOVE this process.
